Fall can be a hard time of year, as the days get shorter, the temperature drops and we all get sick. In this video I will show you a Qi Gong pose to help with anxiety, depression and boosting your immune system.

Qi Gong is one of the main branches of Chinese Medicine that I prescribe to my patients frequently.  Qi Gong is breath based around movement with an intention.
